Welcome to our salsa dancing site for salsa dancing in Cheltenham and Gloucestershire. Thomas and Anna founders of salsa del Sol/Salsa Cheltenham run the most vibrant and professional salsa dancing organisation in Cheltenham and Gloucestershire. Established for over 10 years with four TV appearances, including, 'Strictly Dance Fever' and filmed for the BBC points West documentary about pioneering NHS funded salsa dance scheme, Thomas and Anna have proven techniques to support you in learning the first steps in no time at all.

Salsa will be on as normal at Holy Apostles Cheltenham this Bank Holiday Monday 30 August. This will include salsa and bachata classes.
Salsa at Apres Bar on Thursday come and dance Just for £3.
Thursdays at Apres in the Brewery, Cheltenam are also very busy with many new people starting every week. At this great venue you can party until late after the classes.

It's Official! Salsa Dancing has Great Health Benefits!
Doctors are ready to prescribe Salsa dancing with Salsa del Sol to improve health. Patients in need of a pick me up are being given a different kind of prescription by GP's in Gloucestershire. (see salsa lessons page for BBC programme and information about this scheme in the Cam/Dursley area).
